Limited One-Year Warranty

PRECIS watches are covered by a limited one-year warranty commencing from the original date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions. This warranty is limited to the watch movement, hands, and dial.

The warranty expressly excludes:
a. Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches on the case or crystal, or changes in colour, texture, or material of straps, bracelets, or chains;
b. Damage caused by improper handling, lack of care, accidents, negligence or misuse, including water damage from failure to secure the crown or adhere to stated water-resistance limits;
c. Damage resulting from unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.

All warranty claims must be accompanied by valid proof of purchase. PRECIS reserves the right to inspect the product to determine eligibility under the warranty.
