1.0 SHIPPING SCHEDULE
All orders are processed and dispatched from the PRECIS Studio, within 2 business days of order confirmation, subject to successful payment verification and product availability.
While we strive to dispatch orders as promptly as possible, dispatch timelines may occasionally vary due to operational requirements, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
2.0 SHIPPING WITHIN INDIA
We ship all domestic orders via Dehlivery as our primary logistics partner. In certain situations, an equivalent courier partner may be used to ensure timely delivery.

•All shipments are fully insured
•Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, regional restrictions, operational delays, or other factors beyond our control
3.0 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via Dehlivery or an equivalent international courier partner.
•Estimated delivery time: 10–14 business days from the date of order
•All international shipments are fully insured
•Delivery timelines may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance processes, and local regulations
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and must be borne entirely by the customer.
PRECIS has no control over customs procedures and is not responsible for delays, additional costs, or delivery issues arising from customs clearance.
4.0 SHIPPING FEES
At present, complimentary worldwide shipping is offered on all watches. This policy may be revised in the future at PRECIS’ discretion.
5.0 ADDRESS ACCURACY & DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY
PRECIS relies on third-party courier partners for last-mile delivery and does not operate its own delivery fleet.
•Orders are shipped strictly to the address provided at checkout
•Address changes are not permitted once an order has been placed
•Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact details provided are complete and accurate
PRECIS is not responsible for:
•Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete address details
•Delivery delays occurring at the last-mile stage
•Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
Shipment tracking details will be shared once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring the shipment and coordinating directly with the courier partner for delivery-related updates.
6.0 LOST, DAMAGED OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS
All shipments are insured. In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged shipment, resolution will be initiated only after completion of the courier partner’s investigation process.
PRECIS is not liable for delays caused by courier operations, customs authorities, natural events, strikes, or force majeure circumstances.
7.0 REFUSED, RETURNED OR UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS
If a shipment is:
•Refused by the recipient
•Returned due to incorrect address details
•Undelivered after multiple delivery attempts
Any refund issued will be subject to deduction of forward shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any customs or handling charges incurred. Complimentary shipping benefits are voided in such cases.
8.0 POLICY UPDATES
PRECIS reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of order placement will apply.
