At PRECIS, each watch undergoes detailed quality checks before shipment. However, if you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.

• The watch must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags and accessories intact.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized or engraved watches

• Items purchased during sale or clearance events

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.
